BPAL Update

I am ridiculously amused by the beaver-moon tee-shirt, and Roger is encouraging me to get it. I will probably wear it to events in the future. The Yule/BeaverMoon update/limiteds are fairly exciting in general as well. I am a mint addict and am thrilled by Lick It and Nuclear Winter. More thought needs to be considered on this matter. Also up for consideration are Sol and Haunted Palace. Anyone else?

I started making grabby hands over Sol as soon as I saw it on the page. That usually doesn't happen until I've read a full description, and I got to, uhm...the second line. There's alot of stuff I want. Being broke = teh sux0r.

The description on the main page or the reviews? I seem to recall the description on the page not mentioning any notes. I love lemon scents and the more people complain about it being "pledge" like, the happier I usually am.

The main page. I scrambled earlier to find out the notes, and saw all the stuff about lemon. After getting my imp of Lightning, which smells like nothing but salty lemonade to me for some reason, I just went "Ooooooh...!" all over again.

It's odd. In the imp, it smells like lemony rain. I put it on, and it smelled lemony. Dried down? Lemon powder. I've never had a rain/ozone scent do that before.

What did he think of the shirt (or hasn't he seen it yet)? I have to admit I can't really see you wearing it, though I amused that you think that it is something that would interest him.

*hugs* And you shouldn't feel guilty love. You seem to finally in a place where you can spend a small amount on yourself, and it isn't as if you are going overboard with one bottle. Holy cow did you see Mrs. Black on the forums? She bought over 30 bottles on this order! I can not even imagine.

I haven't shown it to him, but he likes shirts with half-naked women on it *L*

And I know, I shouldn't feel guilty (though I ordered two bottles - I had to get dia de los muertos as well, since I sold my bottle from last year), but I'm still of the mentatily (sp?) of I can't spend anything.

I can't imagine ever ordering 30 bottles at once!

Let me tell you I want to bath in the stuff. I have a rather disturbing level of obsession for mints and lemon, so between Sol, Nuclear Winter and Lick It I am a happy girl. Though now I am hearing murmurrings that Nuclear Winter will be an ozone scent with just a little mint, which isn't quite as exciting. Who knows if that is actually the case though.

Mmm ozone goodness. That's why I like Storm Moon, it's pure ozone in a bottle and is great when I'm at the gym.

Of course I will be stocking up on more Snow White as I've been using that sparingly since last Christmas. Oddly enough it worked best in LA summer for me.

And I just pray for Lick it. I don't get mint out of Beth's minty scents (for example Ultraviolet- all I get is ass kicking violets with no mint at all). But candy canes. How can I not like the idea? I had to keep myself from buying them at Cost Plus this weekend so I know it's worth it.

I thought Ultraviolet was super violet as well (which seriously turns my stomach). And all the other mint ones, it fades away really qickly. The peppermint sn I bought ages ago kicks ass though. I am hoping for something similar. (I'll post you an imp if you are interested.)

I have to physically stop myslef from hoarding candy canes all year round. I *love* them so much. They are definately my favorite seasonal candy.
