Mac & Cheese

The only differences we made were that we did not use any dry mustard (we lost custody when we moved and need to get more) but did add 1/2 tsp of turmeric as one commenter suggested. The grownups liked it, but the 6 year old was not impressed. She still prefers mac & cheese from a box she says. (She is still lobbying for boxed mac & cheese to be allowed in the house.) I am beginning to lose hope of finding a recipe we will both eat.
