Tuesday: Organic beef steak, rice pilaf, steamed broccoli

Wednesday: Pork chops with blue potatos and peas in cream sauce

Thursday: Baked salmon on sliced lemons, roasted mixed fingerlings with thyme, honey glazed carrots

Friday: Pork chops in Ah-So Sauce with rice and stir fried vegetables
