Mac & Cheese Pizza

omlyYesterday I got pizza at Ian's Pizza (no web page) on State Street. I have been having a hard time eating well with just the microwave, and I figured leftover pizza wasn't the worst thing for me. It is certianly better than not eating regularly.
While I was there I tried a slice of their macaroni and cheese pizza. Yup, you read that correctly. It was actually surprisingly good. It was a white pizza with macaroni and cheese on top. The crisp crust under it all made it quite reminiscent of homemade baked macaroni and cheese. Only in the dairy state would someone come up with this, but it was good.
