Weekend Review

omlyFriday Tab's dad picked her up for the weekend. He was going to be taking her to a Bruins game on saturday but gave me little notice that he would be picking her up friday and not saturday. So that meant I hurried up and waited for him at the house, when he was 2 hours late.

thanos73 to help ragingamazon pack. Only when we got there she was practically done. O well, there were still good minty brownies and great company. I got home around 6 which was apparently way to much time before a party we were supposed to go to. After spending some quality time together. Roger and I fell asleep. When we woke up it seemed like it was too late to be worth going, though I sort of wish we had since it sounds like it was fun.
Sunday Roger and I cleaned and ran errands. A Costco run was made, yet I still forgot the major item we went to Costco for. Then I spent the afternoon chasing down Tab, since her dad is good at being unreachable. We finally got her, and I let her talk to me about her visit that evening even though it went past her bedtime. More on that later.
It was a good weekend. Despite being so busy, there were a bunch of other things I would have liked to get done. The house needs more cleaning and organizing. I think Tab needs some one-on-one time. I wish I had done some more do-ahead cooking so I could focus on work more during the week. And now the holiday season starts to add even more to my overflowing graduate plate. If I don't see you in a while drop me a line. I do miss you guys, I just can't see a way to fit in as many of you as I would like.
