More the idea that you should skip work to go make babies. I guess I am not sure as to how much that is the way it is just said in the article or if they are actually being actually encouraged to do so.
Also as an aside, they should aim ~10 months (rather than the 9 mentioned) before the date if they are really interested in reaching 40 week gestation.
