A Week of Meals

omlySunday: whipped mashed potatoes, golden crusted brussel sprouts, and fava and butterbean salad
Monday: garlic ginger salmon, succotash (well a variation of that recipe), and a garden salad
Tuesday: turkey cutlet scampi (minus the death), herbed ricotta fritters, and more succotash

cintyber rocked my world by making dinner so I could just eat and crash last night after a full day of lab practicals - lime and chili shrimp served with macaroni and cheese with broccoli in it
Thursday:cintyber made rice and porkchops with paprika, mushrooms and neuf cheese
Friday: sirloin tip steaks with caramelized onions and mushrooms and sauteed yellow bell pepper, baked russet potatoes, garden salad, and homemade peppery pickled beets
Saturday:cintyber made italian chicken with tomatoes, mushrooms, and spinach over spaghetti
There will be a few more meals with meat while we have a houseguest, but I am looking forward to having more vegetarian ones soon.
