Rebirth
I am not sure if it is just the time of year or what but today I felt completely reborn. I ended up sleeping late due to trouble sleeping last night. When I finally got up and out of the house I was shocked by how warm it was. I took of my coat and walked down the street to the bus stop, letting the warm breath of wind play over my skin.
I had some errands to run in Harvard Square. Not only did I find the perfect things to make a gift for Roger's dad, I had a wonderful lunch. I got one of the seats by the window, and I got to enjoy the sunlight. Since I had lots of time I just sat and enjoyed my meal and people watched. I don't remember food tasting this good anytime recently. Looking back I can't point out anything that was particularly different, but it certainly seemed that way. Everything just seemed novel and wonderful.
