Gillette Sellout

Roger just called me to inform me of the Gillette Sellout. I am in total shock over this. I guess it must make financial sense, but this is so against the spirit of the company. We used to tease and call P&G "the evil empire", but it becomes ever more apparent that maybe they are actually becoming such in a very real way. At what point to monopoly laws start kicking in? True it is not a true monopoly, but there are getting to be very few large companies left. After all Gillette already had Oral-B, Braun, and Duracell, but they were relatively a small fish compared to P&G.
