Lobster?

I had friends in town this weekend, whom I miss on a regular basis. C&C are probably the dearest of my nonlocal friends, so it was wonderful to have them over. They even managed to pick up a few lobster on the way in from my hometown, read 3 3-lb monstrosities*. I had planned on using my giant pot that is usually used for water bath canning, but even still we were unable to cook more than 2 at a time. At the end there was a whole lobster worth we couldn't eat but did de-shell and is now sitting in the refrigerator. Does anyone have recipe ideas for what to do with it?

*For general reference one should cook a 3 lb lobster about 20 minutes if boiling it.

Bisque, ravioli and creamy pasta sauce are the usual suspects. Let me know if you want a real recipe.

make a sauce of white wine, whatever stock you like, butter and fresh sage (LOTS of fresh sage). Reduce it ALOT. Serve over fettucini. mmmmmmm.

forgot to mention - put plenty of romano cheese in as well.

I don't have any recipe ideas beyond "invite me to dinner". :)

Another vote for bisque. Make sure to add some decent sherry and some ginger.
