Rapunzel Moment

When I was in high school I cut my hair just to my chin. And it drove me crazy! So I decided I would grow it out, and have been pretty much letting it just grow as much as it feels like it with occasional trims (which I need to do again, yipes split ends!). When I had it over my shoulder combing out this morning I suddenly realized the tips touch my belly button. For some reason this struck me as really funny. This is the longest it has ever been, but I really didn't notice any of the stage from when it went past my bra strap to now due to the fact that it is usually up.

I miss my long hair! I used to be able to just barely sit on it, but in March I cut it to my shoulders. Now I want it to grow back! I'm lucky that my hair does grow fast (it would already be several inches past my bra strap if I hadn't layered and trimmed it in September) but I want Rapunzel hair too :)

My hair grows so slowly! I am incredibly jealous. I only get like 2" a year, though the average is 3" for causasian (~6" for those of asian and ~1.5" for african descent f you are interested).
