teacher parent conference wednesday
early dismissal for Tab tues, wed, thurs
choral rehearsal thurs night
final friday
NSF stuff asap
group meeting wednesday (need report on MRS conference)
As a result most of the meals this week have significant do-ahead portions. For my own sanity and brainlessness expected later this week, my tentative menu is as follows:
Monday: Hot and Sour Soup (based on this issue of Cooks Illustrated), fried rice, Sesame Garlic Chicken/Beef Stirfry
Tuesday: Chicken Rice Soup
Wednesday: Spinach Manicotti
Thursday: Beef Stew over Egg noodles
Friday: Tuna Noodle Casserole
