This Week's Tentative Menu

When I get really busy I often find it helpful to be more organized about my meal planning. This allows me to prep stuff ahead of time so I can just make it and then get back to whatever else I need to do. This is one of those weeks where I really need to think about such things.

BBQ Chicken

Caldo de Pollo (celery, rainbow carrots, squash, chicken, onion, potato, lime, jalapeno, cumin)
Avacado Wraps/Sandwiches

Broccoli-Cheese Chowder

Crockpot beef w/ rainbow carrots, celery and potato
Egg noodles

Linguine w/ Lemon Sauce
Asparagus

Very neat! I just saw them at Trader Joe's, and I tend to be big on biodiversity (which is why I bought them). Good to know :)
