So with my sister having set a date, my mom wants to lose some weight before then. I was looking around my favorite online haunts for good recipe sites for her when I found this. I am so enthralled! It is an online site to help you keep track of where and what kind of calories you are consuming. It also has a section for exercise. I really liked the plotting of the data you can do, but my favorite part? Under "records" you can see how well you are doing as far as getting your nutrients from what you eat. I am not trying to lose weight (if I was I think this would be helpful though), but I am really interested in whether I am getting enough zinc, iron, etc. I played with this a bit and discovered that although you can enter information as it appears on labels, it converts it back to mg needed for your gender/age. Very neat!
