Edible Weeds

Roger and I are taking Tab to a class at the CSA on Edible Weeds. There was an interesting story on Here and Now on called Foraging for Food that take a brief look at the subject. I am always teasing Roger that all of my efforts at spinning, knitting, cooking, canning, and soap making are in the attempt to survive the armageddon. Looks like this class will be both interesting and another stop on the path to preparedness.
