Carole Knits recently posted about American Chop Suey. Did you all eat this as a kid too? This meal always makes me think of the girl scouts. (We would make it when we were "camping"; and you wonder why I always wanted to be a boyscout. They did actual camping.) It wasn't something we made at in my house though. Mmmm, now I want to make this. Is it really a MA/NE thing though? Commentary on Carole's blog seemed to indicate that it was goulash elsewhere in the US.

omly: peacock tail feather (knitting)
So as a few of you already know I decided to start a craft blog. Mostly this is so I can give out a blog address at the Knit Out/SnB without having to inflict my personal LJ on people. If you are interested you are welcome to read it, but I will probably duplicate a few of the posts here.

[livejournal.com profile] mlbish, you may not want to go over they quite yet until you get your Bishlette's package in them mail. It is up to you though.
