Sorry to be obnoxious, but I know someone will know. I have paid for Tab's Arisia membership. Roger was a good doobie and turned his time sheet on time. I however was not as good, but worked *well* over what I needed for a membership (and was given my shirt).

How do I (a) check that Roger is all set for registration and (b) fix myself?

Try emailing reg at arisia dot org (or possibly registration at arisia) for questions about Roger. If he turned in his time sheet and all, they should have him on the list.

If you didn't turn in your time sheet, you should email your supervisor (or the supervisor's position, if you don't know the email address of your sup -- you should be able to reach someone at staffden at arisia, for example, if you didn't know my personal email address) ... anyway, you need to work that part out with last year's supervisor, and have them email registration with a green light.

This sounds more complicated than it is -- the time sheet of one of my minions from last year was lost, so someone forwarded me the query and I gave them the green light and it all took less than 5 minutes.

Honestly I am not sure. Not only that, but I did a bunch of hours on Thursday too in Ops when cintyber was in charge.

I think the reason Arisia's structure is confusing is because the person who may be your direct supervisor has like ten people above them - and they may not be on shift at the same time as you - so who signs your sheet is really dependent on who you can find...
