First Farm Share Week

Sadness! I can not find my copy of Asparagus to Zucchini anywhere. I am sure it will show up once we start packing. It is just totally not in the right place. On the plus side though we tried this recipe to use some of the bok choy from the far share, and it seems to be popular.

Speaking of the farm share, last night we picked up:
2 bunches of pea tendrils
2 heads of romaine
2 heads of boston lettuce
2 huge bok choy
2 large bunches of spinach
and another type of green that I can't remember

Usually you contact the farmer and sign up in the winter/very early spring. The farmer then takes the cost of your CSA membership and uses it to buy seed, fertilizer, and equipment.
