Beef Stew

For the meat-eaters with CSA shares, we made this, though I think it would be even better as a vegetable stew. I omitted the tomato paste and horseradish (too overwhelming) and decreased the amount of Worcestershire sauce. Very good and a great way to use up turnips, beets and carrots!
