I am not sure why but this week I have been super wanting different types of asian noodles. I am thinking about
yakisoba and singapore noodles. Any other good ideas/suggestions out there? I don't care about the type of noodle, and I am happy to do spicy or not.

For DIY noodles, I like making peanut noodles (udon noodles, peanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and rooster sauce)
