Yeah so I finally have pictures online of the babyshower gift for my soon to be nephew. This was my first sweater ever, so it had some issues but overall I am pretty happy with it even though it was before I figured out how I was twisting the stitches. I felt like the sleeves were short, although they are the length the pattern says they should be. Fortunately someone let me borrow their 6 month baby long enough to establish they are indeed about the right length. My favorite thing about this sweater is just that it is made of superwool; it is washable! Baby things especially things like sweaters really need to be. The hat is merino though.

The bubble thing is actually okay. It is part of the pattern, but is why you should look at the yoke (upper shoulder pieces) to see a more clear example of my twisted stitches. Click on the thumbnail to get a giant image to see it more easily.

Hrm. That is odd. My best guess is that the yarn went "This looks like a good time as any...", and started doing the hokey pokey.
