I have always sort of loved this meme:

This year's list is a little longer than I remembered somehow, but I have lots of fond memories associated with each of these places. There was a bit more travel and adventure than many years and yet lots of places I felt safe and loved.

I like that meme and have never seen it. There would be years in my life (like 1996) that would have an interesting list. This year I think I only managed Salem and Somerville.

This is a cool thing to do at the end of the year. I would have wished to do this in 2009 when I crossed the country in my car. I'm not exactly sure of some of the places I slept while in my car, but it would have been interesting to map it. :)
