Sock Pattern Poll

I am looking for a good pattern to use a nearly solid sock yarn I bought at Loop on our family vacation. The color variation is super subtle, so I was thinking of something with good texture or lace. This pair is for me so adaptation isn't a huge hardship. I plan on adapting the pattern to be toe-up if it is not already so.

Actually they are supr fun to make so far, so I would be more than willing if you let me know more details about what you are looking for: color, fiber content, size, etc.
