Only if I do so intentionally. Most of my accent is based in my vowels, not the consonants.

As long as you don't use wicked as an adjective in every other sentence...

I do use "wicked" once in a blue moon, but hardly ever other sentence. I have to say that long experience in a college city and on campuses sort of washes a lot of your accent out.
